Cancelling Subscriptions  --  ModelRosie.com does not use automatic monthly rebilling of your credit card. You do not need to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. Your username and password will expire at the end of the current subscription. To subscribe again please select the "Subscribe Now" link.

Terms of Usage  --  We suggest that you fully review our usage terms on this page.

Charges & Refunds  --  Please remember that your credit card statement will read Rosie Ford's primary photographer / studio of Group Five Photosports Littleton, Colorado, USA along with our toll-free subscriber services phone number of 1-877-686-5393.

All subscription sales are final and cannot be refunded. All access to the publication is carefully logged and IP addresses and ISPs recorded should we need to dispute a chargeback or refund request. If you have any questions about your subscription or credit card statement, please contact us at 1-877-686-5393 before we send the item to collections.

Lost Passwords  --   If you have lost your username or password please email us at Staff@ModelRosie.com with your full name and the email address you used to subscribe. We will reply with your username and password back as soon as possible. For your protection we can only send username and password information to the email address used when purchasing your subscription.

Non-Working Passwords  --   If you know your username and password, but it is not working, please check your receipt (Email sent by Staff@ModelRosie.com when your subscribed) to make sure that it has not expired.

ModelRosie.com uses security software to prevent password sharing and trading. If your username and password have been used by three different computers, ISPs or IP addresses within a 60 minute period it will be shut off temporarily. To prevent this, please do not give or trade your password to any other persons. More information about our password security system can be found on the Password Page.
